Pre-Order Policy

Many Goomooplay products are produced through a pre-order system. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

What Is A Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve a product before production or fulfillment is completed.

Production timelines vary depending on product category, supplier schedules, manufacturing requirements, and order volume.

Doll Clothing Pre-Orders

Most original doll clothing products require approximately:

30–45 days production time

Production timelines may vary depending on:

  • Order volume
  • Material availability
  • Manufacturing conditions
  • Quality control requirements

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

Collectible Figure Pre-Orders

Collectible figures, action figures, and military-style figures generally require significantly longer production periods.

Estimated fulfillment timelines may range from:

6–18 months

Production schedules are determined by manufacturers and suppliers.

Delays are common within the collectible figure industry.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Deposit Pre-Orders

Certain products may use a deposit-based reservation system.

For deposit orders:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposits are non-transferable
  • Deposits cannot be converted into store credit
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order

Full-Payment Pre-Orders

Certain products may require full payment at the time of purchase.

Customers may request cancellation within:

3 calendar days of purchase

provided that production has not yet begun.

Once production has started:

  • Orders cannot be canceled
  • Refund requests will not be accepted

Production Priority

Orders are not fulfilled strictly according to purchase date alone.

Production schedules, quality control requirements, item availability, and logistics arrangements may affect fulfillment timing.

As a result, some customers may receive products earlier or later than others.

Manufacturer Delays

For collectible figures and third-party products:

Production schedules are determined by manufacturers.

Manufacturer delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or compensation once production has begun.

Orders Containing Multiple Pre-Order Products

Orders containing multiple pre-order products may be held until all items become available.

Customers requesting separate shipments may be required to pay additional shipping fees.

Community Updates

Production updates and development progress may be shared through:

  • Discord
  • Facebook Community
  • Official Social Media Channels

Community channels are intended for production updates only.

Official order information, payment notifications, shipping confirmations, and customer support communications will be provided through email.

Product Images

Prototype photos, renders, and promotional images may differ slightly from final production versions.

Minor variations between prototype and final products are considered normal.

Consignment Collection Products

Products sold through the Consignment Collection may be produced by independent creators, studios, or partner brands.

Production schedules and availability are determined by the respective supplier.

Goomooplay will assist with communication and customer support but cannot guarantee production timelines established by third-party creators.
